General Purpose (GP) Compounds:  These compounds have excellent high temperature resistance and superior Compression Set properties at a reason­able cost.  Applications include Rollers, Sheeting, Calendaring, and Molding. Many are formulated to meet ZZ-R and AMS specifications and can be designed to meet FDA 21 CFR 177.2600.  Hardness ranges from 15 to 80 durometer.

6.2 Pic 009Commercial Compounds: These compounds have a higher Specific Gravity and are used in applications where cost effectiveness is of utmost importance. Hardness ranges from 30 to 80 durometer.
    
High Strength (HS) Compounds: These compounds have superior Mechanical Properties.  They exhibit High Tear Strength over a wide temperature range. Applications include Tubing, Sheeting, Calendaring and Molding. These compounds can be formulated to meet FDA 21 CFR 177.2600.  Hardness ranges from 30 to 80 durometer.

Tough Rubber (TR) Compounds: These compounds have superior Tear Resis­tance and Tensile Strength Properties as well as Abrasion Resistance. These products also can be formulated to meet FDA 21 CFR 177.2600.  Hardness ranges from 50 to 75 durometer.

Conductive Compounds: These compounds can be formulated using conductive fillers such as Carbon, Graphite, Aluminum, Nickel, Copper and Silver depending on the conductivity levels required. Applications include Rollers, Sheeting, Molding, and Extrusion. Hardness ranges from 50 to 70 durometer.

Fluorosilicone (FS) Compounds: These compounds have resistance to Fuels, Solvents and many other chemicals.  Both General Purpose and High Strength Fluorsilicones are available depending on the requirements and application.  These products are typically used in the Aero­space Industry and are formulated to meet specifications MIL-R, AMS-R, AMS and ASTM.  These can also be formulated to meet FDA CFR 21 177.2600.  Hardness ranges from 20 to 80 durometer.

High Temperature Compounds: These compounds are formulated to withstand continuous temperatures of up to 600°F. Hardness Ranges from 30 to 80 durometer.

Low Temperature Compounds: These compounds are formulated to perform at extreme temperatures as low as -120°F. Applications include Aerospace and Hose Industries.  These are formu­lated to meet various specifications including ZZ-R and AMS.  Hardness ranges from 20 to 80 durometer.

Platinum Cure Compounds: These compounds have superior Mechanical Properties without Post Cure.  They are available in Molding and Extrusion grades.  Two part (A and B) Platinum Cure Systems are also available. Molding Grades can be formulated to have extended shelf life. These compounds are formulated to meet FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and USP CL 6 requirements. Hardness ranges from 30 to 70 durometer.
